Mr. McNeill, who is an expert in property value in the Fort Myers area, priced the condo appropriately and the property sold in ten days at the price I wanted! My biggest worry was correcting any inspection issues as I reside in New Jersey. I didn't need to worry as Mr. McNeill met the air conditioning maintenance service and actually repaired a few minor problems. The condo needed to be painted prior to the listing and Mr. McNeill recommended a painter and provided him with access to the property. The entire sale process went smoothly. I communicated with the Title Company Mr. McNeill recommended as the title company was performing the actual closing by mail. This too went flawlessly. I thank Mr. McNeill for providing excellent service and I highly recommend him to future buyers and/or sellers.
